“This world is not mine alone.”

My reflection exists not in mirrors, but through others — family, friends, even strangers I pass by.

Without them, I cannot be wholly defined. We exist within one another.

Each season, we uncover what was once forgotten — and return it to the world through art.

WORLDSNOTMINE is not a brand, but a movement — equity in thought, individuality, and collaboration.

Through art, we translate weight into beauty. Through creation, we mirror society’s unseen landscapes.

We invite you to see, reflect, and redefine — together.

직역하자면 내 것이 아닌 세상입니다.

나의 모습은 늘 비추어집니다. 그 매개체가 비단 거울만이 아니라 가족, 친구 하물며 지나가는 사람에게서도 말이죠.

그렇기에 그들, 즉 ‘타인’이 존재하지 않는다면 나 또한 온전하게 정의될 수 없다고 생각했습니다.

결국, 서로를 필요로 하는 사회를 살아가고 있다는 것이 우리들이 보는 세상의 풍경입니다.

그래서 오직 나만의 것이 아닌 모든 것에 귀 기울이기로 했습니다. 매 시즌마다 하나씩, 하나씩.

그것은 어쩌면 ‘나’가 잊고 있던 어떤 것일 수도, 무심코 지나쳤던 어두운 모습일 수도 있겠죠.

그리고 그 이야기에 주인공이 되는 이들에게 도움을 주고자 합니다. 신중하게 주제를 다루는 것뿐만 아니라 사회에 환원함으로써 말이죠.

저희와 소비자가 만든 이 빛나는 것이, 필요한 것들을 마치 거울처럼 채워줄 수 있도록 바라봅니다.

The Five다섯 신위

다섯 신위Five Spirits, One World다섯의 신위, 하나의 세계

Every garment carries one of them. Every symbol is their signature. These are not motifs — they are the reasons the objects exist. 모든 옷은 이들 중 하나를 지닙니다. 모든 문양은 그들의 서명입니다. 장식이 아니라, 그 물건이 존재하는 이유입니다.

대령

大靈

높은 곳까지 위대하다

Great, even unto the highest

찬란히 빛나다. 만물과 함께 떠오르는 태양을 굵은 곡선으로 감싸 삼키는 존재는 대령이라 불린다. 숭고함이 가장 낮은 곳까지 머무는 빛. 그리고 그것을 등진 채 걸어가는 당신의 곁에 짙게 드리운 그림자는 놓지 못한 미련일 수도, 그때의 슬픔일 수도. 아님 또 다른 어떤 것을 표상할지도 모른다.

그러나 대령은 그것까지도 봄날의 볕처럼 감싸 안는다. 그리고 삼켜야지만 다시 창조할 수 있는 운명을 잊지 말아달라 부탁한다. 그렇다면 당신이 품은 뜻 역시 이 세상을 힘껏 붉은 빛으로 물들이는 대령과 함께 할 것이다.

The one who wraps and swallows the rising sun in a thick curve is called Daeryeong — a light whose sublimity reaches even the lowest place. The shadow lying heavy beside you as you walk with your back to it may be an attachment you could not release, or the sorrow of that time. Or it may stand for something else entirely.

Yet Daeryeong gathers even that in, like sun on a spring day, and asks you not to forget the law that only what is swallowed can be made again. Then what you carry will travel with the one who stains this world red.

明月

밝은 달빛이 스며들다

Bright moonlight seeps in

천고에 월식을 목도한 이들은 ‘해가 달을 잡아먹었다’고 여겼다. 그러나 삼켜진 줄만 알았던 달은 태양의 그림자로부터 탈피해 초생을 닮은 뿔로 재탄생한다. 부활. 스러져야만 다시 살아날 수 있는 생명력. 초월적 경계선 어딘가에 머무르며 행해지는 탄생과 죽음의 영원한 반복은 곧 달의 원천이 된다.

오늘도 다시 태어나 당신의 밤을 수놓은 명월은 무슨 색일까. 올려다보고 목소리에 귀 기울인다면 들을 수 있을 것이다. 나는 태어나기 위해 죽는 존재이자 그럼으로써 어둠 속 당신의 곁을 밝히는 빛이라는 그 목소리를.

Those who witnessed an eclipse in ancient times believed the sun had eaten the moon. But the moon, thought swallowed, sheds the sun’s shadow and is reborn with horns shaped like a crescent. Resurrection — a vitality that can only live again by first perishing.

What colour is Myeongwol, reborn again tonight across your sky? Look up and listen, and you will hear it: I am the one who dies in order to be born, and by that, the light at your side in the dark.

自我

스스로를 사랑하다

To love oneself

움푹 팬 금속 그릇을 거울로 삼아 들여다보면 그곳에 비친 모습은 현재 자신의 얼굴이기도, 가면 뒤 숨겨진 어떤 마음이기도 하다. 그뿐일까. 과거도 또 미래의 모습도 보여준다고 여긴다. 그렇게 전 생애를 비춰주는 거울 속 자신의 자아를 직면한다.

볼품없어 후회하고, 그래서 온전하지 못한 마음으로 엇나가는 많은 순간이 있지만, 결국 이 거대한 길 위의 한 파편에 불과한 것을. 나의 자아는 그럼에도 다시 일어나 걸어갈 수 있는 용기를 얻고, 결국 웃는다. 슬픔으로 찾아온 것들도 내가 사랑한 것들이다. 그렇기에 나를 온전히 안아줄 수 있는 건 나 자신뿐이다.

Look into a hollowed metal bowl as a mirror, and what returns is your face as it is now — and some heart kept behind a mask. Is that all? It is said to show the past, and the shape of what is coming. So one faces one’s own self in a mirror that holds an entire life.

There are many moments of going astray, regretting how wretched it looks. Yet all of it is one fragment on an enormous road. My self still finds the courage to rise, and in the end, smiles. Even what arrived as sorrow, I loved. And so the only one who can hold me completely is myself.

堂神

신은 늘 곁에 머문다

The god always stays beside you

땅의 혼령, 불씨에서 태어나는 아비. 자연과 함께 눈 떠 사람의 곁을 머물다가 사라지는 거대한 존재, 우리의 신. 대동강을 한걸음에 건너가는 그들은 칭송받는 위대한 곳이 아닌 빗자루로 변하고, 방망이를 휘두르며 천하를 들여다본다. 장난치기를 좋아하지만, 때론 힘든 인간을 이해하고 도와주며 함께 슬퍼해 주는 존재.

점점 우스꽝스럽고 괴상망측한 모습으로 왜곡돼가는 우리를 사랑하는 신은 그런 자신을 잃지 말아달라 소원한다. 매 걸음 담긴 뜻을 지워내지 않기로 약속한다. 그렇게 그늘에 고인 슬픔의 무게도 나눠 들 수 있는 신은 늘 당신 곁에 머문다.

Spirit of the earth, a father born from an ember. A vast being that wakes with nature, lingers at a person’s side, and vanishes — our god. Those who cross the Daedong River in a single stride turn not into something praised and glorious but into a broom, and swinging a club, look in upon the world. They love mischief, yet they understand the struggling human, help them, and grieve alongside them.

The god who loves us — us, distorted little by little into something absurd — wishes only that we not lose that self, and promises never to erase the meaning held in each step. The god who can carry even the sorrow pooled in the shade stays always beside you.

必返

반드시 돌아오다

It shall surely return

역사는 유수다. 묻고, 답을 얻으며 함께 흐르고 있다. 본디 회자하여야만 가치를 쌓는 것. 그러나 떨어져 나간 채 정체되어버린 것들은 깊은 곳에 묻어진다. 이윽고 잠든다. 녹이 슬고 잊혀야만 했던 그들의 광명.

그것에 귀 기울인 우리는 한 획, 한 획 안녕을 새겨 띄우니, 당신의 못다 한 말들도 함께 보내주길. 사라져야만 했던 그들이 어떤 것들을 품었었는지 궁금해하는 그때 멈춰있던 물결은 다시 기지개를 켜고 찬란하게 솟아오를 것이다. 그렇게 잊힌 역사는 당신의 뜻을 품고 돌아온다.

History is flowing water. It asks, it receives its answers, and it moves on. A thing accrues worth only by being spoken of — but what broke away and came to a standstill is buried deep. In time it sleeps. Their brightness, which had to rust and be forgotten.

We who listened for it carve a greeting stroke by stroke and set it afloat — so send your own unsaid words along with it. The moment someone wonders what the vanished once held, the stilled water stretches awake and rises up radiant. Forgotten history returns, carrying your will.

    Wrote the cosmology — the five spirits, their symbols and every word on the product cards. The myth the garments are built from is their text. 세계관을 썼습니다. 다섯 신위와 그들의 문양, 그리고 제품설명서의 모든 문장이 그의 글입니다. 옷이 딛고 선 신화가 여기서 나왔습니다.

To respect those differences without prejudice, hatred or discrimination is the first step toward understanding the world.” “우리는 너무나도 세밀한, 놀라울 정도로 정교하게 만들어져 있는 약 37.2조 개의 세포덩어리 생명체들이다. 이 생명체들은 개개인이 모두 다른 특성과 재능, 사고 매커니즘을 가지고 있으며, 그 모든 차이는 흥미와 경이로움을 부르는 다양성을 이루어냈다. 편견, 증오, 차별 없이 이 차이들을 존중하고, 이처럼 다양한 개인들이 존재함을 인정하는 것이 세상을 이해하기 위한 첫걸음이다.”

    Their signature illustration became the embroidered symbol of anonymity and equality carried across the collection. 대표 일러스트가 인물을 특정할 수 없는 미스터리함과 평등함을 상징하는 자수 심볼로 다시 태어났습니다.
